Stunning and beautiful!
Difficult to work out reality from reflection. Great photo.
What a beautiful bridge and the lights at night are lovely.. Beautiful photo. Have a happy week!
Beautiful view and photo.
Your river complex looks like some attempt at artistic design by night, but I am sure that by day, the setting looks fractured. However the variety of lighting adds an appeal to the view.
Gemma:- that's correct without the lighting it's an interruption to the view especially photographically but at night it's quite glamorous. Thanks for your comment
Oh dear!!! our very expencive bridge does interrupt the view. I guess as far as getting people out of the stadium it works.
Wonderful control of light and color in your night photo. Looks like a positive river rehabilitation.
How lovely - especially the reflections on the water.
Terrific night exposure Dianne. There are so many layers to this image.
Well done the sky not yet black does make the shot have layers and depth. It sounds like you are not happy with the bridge. It does tend to cut the picture into two.
diane b :- The bridge links pedestrians from the Adelaide Oval to the city centre and it's great area to walk .... I walk across there often but the general view from the main traffic bridge looking across the river has lost that lovely scenic appeal. So, as in all progress, we gain a bit ... we loose a bit.
What gorgeous night shot and so well done!Happy Week to you, artmusedog and carol
oh well, that is progress for you! still beautiful though.I just noticed the quinces on your header - I LOVE them! so delicious and the aroma! Have a wonderful 2015 and thank you for stopping by my blog today.
Nice photos. I gather you are not pleased with the bridge blocking part of your view! I suppose you have no choice but to get used to it :) Oh dear!
We got one of those too. I posted about it a while back. Nice pic though.
Oh wow! I guess this is what our new Elizabeth Quay might look like Dianne.. You sound as hesitant here as I do? Well, definitely good for reflections :)
Wow, that a stunning shotmollyxxx
