The Essence of Beauty .......

Second Creek     Michael Perry Reserve  ~

While trying to capture the essence of beauty
my tripod toppled into the pond
I slipped and fell on my way up the embankment
was I perturbed?
Not one little bit  ... camera and film were safe
I hope you like the pic!!

Film? You are still using film? I'm impressed, unless you are referring to your SD card as "film." Your photo is lovely.

Amazing how we can risk life and limb in the quest for great photos. Love the fall of water in this photo.

This is a lovely photograph of a very nice scene. And, I'm sorry about the tumbles of the tripod and of the Dianne.

But, film? Really?

Hi Dianne. Really nice photograph. Well done. You have mastered slow shutter speed with this one. Glad to hear you didn't hurt yourself when you fell. Thanks for visiting my blog while I have been so quiet. Mrs J and I have been travelling. Plan to post some photos and experiences over at Melbourne Snaps over the coming weeks. I'm quite excited. Ciao J.

Hello Dianne,

You just covered what it means to be a photographer. Sometimes we have to get into difficult positions and situations, at great personal cost, just to get the right photo! Excellent work :)
