I know I have said this before, but it is fascinating seeing autumn photos on your blog while the USA is enjoying the peak springtime colors.
I love to see tree "skeletons".
I love Autumn colors and your pictures are beautiful!Léia
You remind me that I must take a little time to spend at 'home' in Stirling. Had ten minutes there yesterday to pick up some fish from out great little fish shop there. I seem to have missed the splendour of the autumn leaves of the trees we planted in the main street. Due to the initiative of the Mt.Lofty Association in the early '70's, we saved the main street of Stirling being turned into one huge parking lot. The Council and most of the traders were dead set against planting tree, they just wanted to hack down the old oaks for more parking. My daughter still proudly points ot the Liquid Amber she planted as a 10 year old.
The trees have been beautiful and it's hard to believe it's only 3 weeks to the shortest day. Note to self: Must think about heading north now that winter is virtually here!!
I always love your autumn images Dianne They're so beautiful and I seem to remember last year admiring them and making a note to keep my eyes open for autumn shots in Perth and here we are just about to begin winter :)
