Same here!! Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
Great capture, and a big smile on my face.
Glad he stopped in time!
Pretty countryside and a great illustration of the unexpected "detours" we can be confronted with on our life journey - Events occur that require us to change gear, slow down, pause and reassess our options and ultimately change direction; sometimes for a short season and sometimes for a more lasting duration. Detours are not negative - they can introduce us to previously unseen beauty and different perspectives.
my trip north recently and I was able to observe all the new 'bi-passes' on the way to Queensland. Loved your lush trees and beautiful compost in the making in the form of crispy leaves along the verges...
SURPRIIISE!! Yes, I've met up with a few lately too. Love your shot and I still flash back to that lovely photo of the two golden oldies strolling down the 'European' looking street in St.Peters.
I like this image, Dianne. I hope he turned in time.
I like this....and you photographed this very well!!!
Decisions, decisions, which way to go. Looks like there's only one way and that's the way back. Nice post Dianne.
Well, I hope he was not going too fast. Turns can be dangerous. The road work seems commonplace around here. Have a happy day!
I just love those trees!Léia
