Skywatching ....




Big skies are a part of the Australian landscape
and I guess it's what I miss most when travelling elsewhere.

This pic was taken a few days ago looking across Proper Bay
towards Lincoln National Park ... a very remote untouched area
located at the southern tip of Eyre Peninsula

Dianne the skies sure are amazing in your beautiful country. Seeing the skies at night in the desert amazed me the most, it was so surreal, I'd never seen anything like that... not even in the movies which I can recall.
