Mt Lofty House .......

Today I'm taking you for a drive up the free-way to a beautiful
Boutique Hotel named Mt Lofty House
originally built as a summer residence in c1852 for Arthur Hardy.
It is now used as a venue for weddings and special functions plus of course
for very up-market accommodation.

On the morning I visited there was a wedding breakfast being held
out on the front lawn with guests all dressed up in their finery
dare to say I didn't venture too close.

Looks a nice posh place. Hey! That's a neat collage. Which program did you use?

Those arches on the front entrance won me over straight away Dianne, looks like a wonderful place for a celebration. You were good not even having a peek!!

I like the look of this place. Great shots particularly the one of the pathway with the child in the distance. Great subject for a painting.

Mount Lofty is beautiful, I loved the time I spent there when the Crush Festival was on. It's looking not as green but the fall colors look amazing!

That's a gorgeous piece of property with a really lovely beautiful building built on it - much better than chancing on abandoned storage buildings at any rate! Haha! It almost looks like a chapel. I wouldn't be surprised that people are holding their weddings on that lawn!
