Autumn Leaves Crunch Underfoot ....

Meandering through the hills, a friend and I passed this
grey stone church .. resplendent in it's Autumn finery
from memory I think it was built in about
1880 or possibly a bit earlier

A chill bites at nose and ear

The colours are like jewels! Especially against the more austere colours of the stonework.

I'm rather envious of you because we don't get those fabulous autumn colours here in Brisbane...beautiful shot Dianne.

I would never have thought to take that first shot on such an angle, but I really like it!!

Appealing perspective, Dianne. Just when autumn leads to falling leaves in the southern hemisphere, we in the north are watching the earth green up.

So love the angled perspective in the first photo! The beautiful windows seem to highlight the leaves!
