Autumn Nights ......

Autumn sunset at Port Adelaide .... looking through the rigging
of the "One and All" a locally built training ship
....................

As most good sunsets do ... this one came out of
a very dull overcast grey sky ...... as the sun quietly slipped
below the horizon she sprinkled out a most delightful trail of colours
which had me reaching for my camera
I guess that's what you would call ... Going out in a blaze of glory!

I'm hopeless tying knots but I love old sailing ships. I guess I will just look and not get on board,

Gorgeous photo! Autumn nights in Adelaide are lovely although they've been feeling a little too humid for my liking... I'm really looking forward to the cooler weather this year.

You have to wonder sometimes how they know what to do with all the rigging! It certainly is the perfect foil for your blazing sunset Dianne, gorgeous.
