Hay Barns & Country Fences...............

~ Poonindie ~

This old style timber log fence runs down
the side of a quaint hay barn in the small community
township of Poonindie on the West Coast of our state.
Nestled amongst gum-trees - dilapidated - covered in weeds
sitting on the edge of town -  it's the sort of scene
 that begs to be photographed
I hope you like it!

This is my contribution to the November
City Daily Photo Theme Day
" Fences "

and
 "Our World Tuesday"

I like it. I do like that old fashioned fence and crumbling barn. The west coast of SA is looking astoundingly green!

Poor old thing . . . I wish someone would put in a new post to prop up that roof but who am I to talk, our barns are not exactly in ship shape either.

Delightful, sharp (in definition) capture - and great to see it's begging was not in vain! Have a fabulous week.

This photo shows the serene country scene on a sunny bright day. The old fences and the barn are so lovely.

Your comment has brought me to this lovely blog with fabulous photos – I like them all. In the photo of the header, I’m surprised to know lotus flowers blooming in Australia. How heavenly!

I do like it. I love scenes like this. They seem to be disappearing and harder to come by so it is great to capture them in photos.

Poor old barn! But I do love the blue skies, the rich green colors! Somehow seems so peaceful! Hope you have a great week!

They're old but they look beautiful in the photo. That's a fantastic shot of the burn.
