Gee I really hope to visit Adelaide soon, your photos really do make it a damn attractive place.
Once again I love the contrasts - particularly in that first capture - between the vibrant green leaves and the shade beneath, cast by the buildings and trees.
It is always so weird to see the world climate is opposite from our side and yours. Our leaves has gone now and we are going into winter. Enjoy your summer.
Plane trees look spectacular any season - verdant green in Summer, like in your great photos, Dianne, or even in Winter with bare branches and dangling seed-heads!
Adelaide looks so wonderful at this time of year.Lovely pictures.
Serenity now! Looks a cool spot on a warm day.
It's lovely to see your summer pictures while the rest of the northern hemisphere are showing their winter snaps!Duncan In Kuantan
How did I visit Australia and not include Adelaide on my itinery? It looks wonderful.
It sure does look bright and summery.
As December and winter arrives here in Europe this is such a cheerful sight.
Adelaide sure is a beautiful city through your eyes Dianne, I'm not sure, but does it get very hot over there in summer, or is it a more moderate climate?
Grace:- I think we're pretty similar to Perth - dry / hot and sometimes scorching. I'm enjoying this stretch of mild days knowing it won't last!!
Beautiful captures Dianne. So inviting especially as the weather warms up!
