It is fascinating to view modern stained glass and compare with the more ancient versions. Here the style is still a la the old fashioned rather than the geometric colours.
Gorgeous photos! I'm also a local (sort of...Mt Barker) and its interesting to view familiar images through another's eyes. I'll have to take another look at that church.....

Beautiful photo's, I like the angles and the colours.
Lovely rose window photos - perfect on Sacred Sunday! You "Bridge Reflection" from yesterday was magnificent!
You can definitely see them well enough to appreciate their beauty Dianne, they are really lovely.
great shot Dianne. You capture a difficult subject well.
Stunning captures Dianne - love the beautiful rich colours that are complemented by the soft tones of the surrounding stone work.
Well done. I think the colours you've captured are more true to life than I managed.

So beautiful!
Beautiful.
I love stained glass windows! These photos are very colourful and it's good you took them in an other angle.
Have a great week.

I'm still trying to decide whether I like the window but certainly like your photograph of it.
It's certainly very different from what we are used to. Nice to see something new in stained glass.
Your bridge yesterday is beautiful as well.
Oh, that's breathtakingly fantabulous!!
Exquisite windows!
