Beautiful.I've never been sure about tilted camera shots but I like this one.
This is beautiful, Dianne. I have been to Canberra, and this seems more elegant to me than the national parliament building.
I wonder if it would be interesting to sit on the benches above and watch the proceedings or would it be a bit 'dry'!! Beautiful room with the red and cream, looks so sumptuous!!
It's very grand and rich Dianne. I like the angled shot too.
What a light, bright building. Too good for mere politicians. Like both shots.
Great rich colours nice angle shot too. Happy with how your tax money is spent.
diane b - I love the way the chamber rooms are decorated especially the carpet in this upper room is just gorgeous with a sturt pea emblem - you can see it in the lower left corner of the bottom pic.
Grace - I often go in to the "Strangers Gallery" of the Lower House and listen to the Parliamentary sittings. Some-times it's a tad boring but usually very interesting!
sometimes the tilting is such an entrance to an otherwise unthought of angle/mood...i like this. Used to work in there :))
