Pilgrim Uniting Church.....

This beautiful golden stoned church
situated right in the centre of the city
has a history that goes back to the very beginnings
of European settlement in South Australia

The millennium window was created
by Adelaide artist Cedar Prest, whose intent
was to create a rose window in an abstract design.
As with most rose windows it is delightful !
(I tried to take a close up of this window but because of the
light streaming thru - it was just a blur.)

Ann: This church is at 12 Flinders Street just around the corner from King William St. Very central.

Hi there. I just found your blog on Pilgrim and just would like to let you know that Pilgrim is on Flinders St, not Pirie St and the Window at the Nave of the Church is NOT the Window for the Millenium. The window for the Millenium is the window in the East Chapel of the Church.

Thanks

Cassie, Office Trainee at Pilgrim Uniting Church
