A lovely rainbow Bee-Eater looking  for a tasty morsel for his Breakfast
This is the first time I've seen one of these sweet little birds.

They are just returning to the Southern states of Australia

Nora Creina .....

~  Nora Creina Bay  ~

Blue skies melding into an even bluer Southern Ocean
along the beautiful but rugged  "Limestone Coast"

If you went south from here you would need to go 7,000km before
reaching Antartica - A very long way to swim !!
This area was notorious for ship wrecks in the early days
of South Australia's history
